I am constantly asked about which river is the best and I can honestly tell you that they are all great. Having had the opportunity to float all of them I can tell you that I have never had a bad float. Some folks get comfortable with a certain river and float it year after year and others like myself prefer a different look each year. Either way all of these trips are true Alaskan adventures that will leave you with great memories.

Nashville Show Complete

We just returned from the Nashville show last night, saw some old faces and met many new ones. Got to spend some quality time with a couple of groups talking about their upcoming hunts and fishing trips with us. Really enjoyed telling all the new folks that stopped by the booth about the adventures we have to offer. Thanks to everyone that stopped by and look forward to seeing you all up in Alaska soon.

NWTF Sport Show

Day 1 of the show is complete. A very pleasant day with a lot of folks stopping by to inquire about our Fishing and Hunting Adventures. Tomorrow will be a great time come to the show as the weather is supposed to be cold and damp outside. So come on over to the Opryland Hotel convention center and stop by and see us in Booth 850.

We are off to Nashville tomorrow to set up for the NWTF Sport Show at the Opryland Hotel. Look forward to seeing and talking with everyone that is planning to attend. Remember if you are coming to the show give me a call and I will bring passes out to the door for you to get in. We are in Somerset, NJ for the Fly Fishing Show at the convention center. The show starts tomorrow and runs through Sunday. In addition to our booth we are also going to be presenting an Alaska “Do it Yourself” segment at the Destination Theater. If your planning to attend please stop by and see us and if you have time sit in on our presentation (Friday and Saturday at 3 PM and Sunday at 2 PM). Look forward to seeing you there.

Mark it on your calendars. An episode produced by Alaska Outdoor TV about a Father and Son we flew in last summer to float the Kanektok river, will air on “The Outdoor Channel” this Saturday (January 28th) at 12:30 PM Central Time. You don’t want to miss it !!

Denver Sport Show

The Sport Show began yesterday in Denver at the convention center. There was a steady crowd all day and a lot of things to see and do. We are in booth #2607C next to the fly casting pond. If you are in the area let me know and I will get you tickets to get in. Look forward to seeing everyone while we are here. Spoke with Boris and Karl yesterday in Bethel and they are in the deep freezer there with windchill temperatures -50 to -60. Need less to say we are glad to be here!!!

Sure hope everyone enjoyed the holidays. Made a surprise visit to my parents in Florida. It was the first time in 6 years the entire family had been together in the same place, the last time was my parents 50th anniversary. The good thing was the temperature in Florida was 100 degrees warmer than in Bethel!! We are off to Denver on Tuesday to the ISE Sport Show at the Convention Center. Look forward to seeing some of you all there.
